Last week Hailo marketing received an amazing boost in the form of a series of tweets between London celebrities, and all thanks to the efforts of one dedicated Hailo driver. Cabbie Gavin R. had initially picked Richard Bacon (the Radio 5 Live and TV presenter) as a street hail job, and in the course of the trip was able recommend the Hailo app to him.
Who is that handsome presenter you ask? It's Hailo co-founder Russell Hall of course, offering the BBC a few insights into the planned VIP Olympic Route and what it will mean for taxi drivers, the people of London and visitors to the 2012 Games.
